I just signed up and my account was working and now I cannot view any more videos.

You likely violated one of the major conditions of the site, such as using special software to leach or download all the videos. Maybe our site thought you were doing it by mistake.

If you are cut off, there is no refund as per the signup agreement. 

Please contact the admin anyway as it could be a mistake and we need to fix it.

I can't view any more videos. I saw one or two videos and now a registration screen pops up.

You will need to register. Free viewing may be limited to about 1 video. 

I seem to have used up all my viewing bandwidth. I would like to purchase more access, but my monthly membership has not expired yet.

Please contact the administrator. If you go ahead and purchase more membership time it will be added to the end of your subscription. It will not show up as more access now. The admin must make this modification manually to your account

I can't download any of your videos.

Neither can we! You are supposed to watch them on the site.

Downloading videos is expressly forbidden from this site. Videos are for viewing online only. The filters in place may detect your downloading and automatically block all your access. You will have to contact the admin to reactivate your account if this happens.

I can't rate the video I watched.

You have to be logged in to rate videos.

You can only rate a video once. 

My videos don't upload. What are some possible problems.

You may be uploading the wrong format of video. Most popular are flv, mov, or avi. Others work too. 

You may need to remove all the spaces in name of the video you are uploading. It is supposed to work but sometimes ...

Don't upload videos that are full screen in size. Dimensions of 640x480 or 720x480 are far too large and will take ages to upload. They may even stop in the middle of the upload due to upload size restrictions. Try to resize your videos to about 600x400 or 600x338(wide) before uploading. 

If you have the ability, you can change your file into a flash (flv) file before uploading. That will save time and it will appear on the site much faster than uploading a file that needs to be converted online. 

I don't want my video on this site any more.

Just log in and you can delete it. Keep in mind that when you uploaded it you made it public. It may have been copied by many people including the administrator of this site. If it was a good video the administrator may post it back again on the site under a username where you cannot delete it.

I uploaded a video and it was here but now it is gone.

It contained content not suitable for this site. 

It contained video recorded from TV or commercial videos.

It was very long and was using up space on the server.

The admin just wanted to get rid of it.
